We would like to invite you to the lecture organized as part of the AMU Invited Lectures Series In Current Approaches in Eco-Physiology, entitled „Resistance evolution against antimicrobial peptides”. The lecture will be given by Prof. Jens Rolff from Freie Univeristät Berlin, the outstanding specialist in immunology and microbiology. Meeting will be held on the December 9 at 11.00, in Lecture room A (Sala A).

Moreover, the scope of his research investigates the ecological immunology of insects and the evolution of metamorphosis. Since 2012, Prof. Jens Rolff is the head of the Evolutionary Group at the Institute of Biology, Freie Universität Berlin. He is one of the leaders of researches concerning functioning of insect immune system. Prof. Jens Rolff is an author and co-author of more than a hundred articles, including publications in such prestigious journals as Science, PNAS or Trends in Microbiology.
